Typical score among voice agent platforms

Automate support tickets and calls with one agent

What you get

Answer email, chat, WhatsApp and phone calls from your help content, act in Zendesk, Salesforce or Shopify, and hand off with context.

What to account for

Phone calls start on the $180 Business plan with your own Twilio or Exotel account, voice credit rates aren't published, and you own outbound consent.

Best for

  • Support teams automating tickets and calls together
  • Ecommerce order and returns questions
  • Helpdesk-connected escalation
  • Starting free on chat before adding voice

Not a fit for

  • Voice-only buyers on a small budget (calls start on Business)
  • Teams without a Twilio or Exotel account
  • Outbound sales campaigns

What the platform provides

Channels and actions
Email, chat, WhatsApp, social and phone, connected to helpdesks, CRMs and ecommerce systems.
Voice setup
Your own Twilio or Exotel numbers, a choice of speech and model providers, transfers, calling hours and outbound calls by API.

  • Triggers workflowsYes
  • Records callsYes

  • Human approval stepNo

Robylon's site states SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance and GDPR and CPRA alignment; request the report and the BAA terms. Its privacy policy (Zooid Tech, Inc.) doesn't describe how call audio is kept. Its docs and terms don't set out consent or do-not-call rules for outbound calls, so your team owns calling-law compliance.

Pricing & terms

From $25/moSubscription

Plans are monthly credit packages: Starter is free with 300 credits (about 40 conversations), Pro starts at $25/month for 500 credits and Business at $180/month for 4,500 credits, with Enterprise custom. A chat, email or WhatsApp conversation uses about 7.5 credits; voice calls use credits at a different rate that isn't published. Phone calls need Business or Enterprise, and WhatsApp voice calls Enterprise. Human seats cost $19-$89/month, yearly billing saves 10%, and telephony is billed by your own Twilio or Exotel account.

Before committing

Start free on chat to check answers and helpdesk actions, then test a warm transfer and an order lookup on a live number.

  • How many credits does a minute of voice use on the Business plan?
  • Can we review the SOC 2 Type II report and BAA terms before going live?
  • How long are call recordings and transcripts kept, and where?
  • What consent and do-not-call checks apply to outbound calls?
