What happened

In August 2025 the Federal Trade Commission sued Air AI, related companies, and their owners, alleging deceptive claims about business growth, earnings potential, and refund guarantees made to small businesses and entrepreneurs.

In March 2026 the company and its owners settled. The order includes an $18 million judgment, largely suspended based on inability to pay, with $50,000 for consumer relief, and bans them from marketing or selling business opportunities.

Air AI's former website address, air.ai, now belongs to an unrelated company, and we found no current way to sign up for the Air AI calling product.
