Pricing & access

From $149/mo

One plan costs $149 USD/month for 150 minutes, with additional usage at $1/minute counted by the second. Calls under ten seconds and spam calls are excluded. The 14-day trial requires a card and converts to the paid subscription on day 15 unless cancelled. No setup fee; one business phone number per plan. Taxes may be added, and additional numbers or locations need discussion.

Data access, recording & usage details
  • The terms require recording and automated-system disclosure, prohibit impersonation, and put calling consent and do-not-call obligations on the business for any outbound features. This is not emergency dispatch; the terms prohibit payment-card and protected-health-information handling.
  • The privacy policy identifies Passionate LLC as processor for caller records and the subscriber as controller. It says call data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days after cancellation, with earlier deletion requests supported; audio has no fixed published retention period. Providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. SOC 2 and GDPR compliance have not been independently established.
