GIXIAI (Private) Limited is named as the operator. The customer is the caller and data controller; call data is kept on the customer's instructions and deleted after the account ends, but a fixed call-audio retention period isn't published, and its security page says it holds no formal certifications. It advertises voice cloning without a published rule on whose voice may be cloned, so clone only voices you have permission to use.
Pricing & terms
Prepaid per bot, where a bot is one concurrent call slot. Pre-recorded voice bots start at $30 a month (VICIdial) or $45 (SIP), the AI fronter is $70 and AI lead gen $150 at list price for 1-9 bots, with volume discounts from 10 bots. There is no per-minute AI fee; your carrier bills call minutes. The Advanced Voice Engine includes two workers, then $15 per worker.
Before committing
Use the two-day trial to test answering-machine detection, a do-not-call request and a warm transfer on your carrier.
- Can you show answering-machine detection and a warm transfer on our carrier and VICIdial setup?
- How do calling windows and spoken do-not-call requests work, and what remains our responsibility?
- Whose voices may be cloned, and how is consent checked?
- How long are call recordings and transcripts kept, and where are they processed?
