Monthly excluding VAT: Beginner £19 with 50 minutes, 20 SMS and one agent; Growth £89 with 400 minutes, 100 SMS and two agents; Business £159 with 800 minutes, 200 SMS and four agents. Minute top-ups are 28p. A browser test is offered without a card. Current plan cards describe a seven-day, 30-minute trial requiring verified email and a card; the terms still say no payment information is required. Confirm the applicable trial before subscribing. Elyte is quoted separately.
Data access, recording & usage details
- New agents have 365-day Retell retention. Some older agents have no automatic Retell deletion; CallEez stores separate call records and summaries. Request deletion of all copies explicitly.
- Terms assign caller-data responsibility and messaging/calling consent to the customer and prohibit impersonation, fraud and unsolicited calls. A DPA is available on request.
